Fraud Call Center Risk Analysts answer a high volume of incoming telephone calls from our credit card holders who suspect fraudulent activity on their account. You will be responsible for reviewing security information and account activity with the callers, identifying the type of fraud and setting accounts up for investigations. You will also assist with taking inbound calls from the merchant, merchant centers, and branches with the purpose of detecting fraud or providing authorizations at the point of sale. This responsibility includes interviewing the customer at the point of sale, and verifying their security information and account activity.


 


Bilingual Analysts will handle calls from Spanish speaking as well as English speaking customers.


 


Experience in a production-based environmentis a plus in this position. Each team member is responsible for achieving specific performance standards that include team and individual performance factors such as quality and average handle time. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish

At least one year high volume customer contact and customer service experience in a retail, service or call center environment

PC skills to include Windows

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to quickly analyze and interpret data 

Ability to identify trends 

Demonstrated teamwork abilities 

Self starter- detail oriented

Demonstrated customer focus to include demonstrated patience, courtesy and enthusiasm

























































 PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

At least six months call center experience in a high volume customer contact role 

Six months Bankcard experience in a high volume customer contact role/ telephone environment

ACD experience a plus

Continuing education in Business/ Communications, Criminal Justice
