Financial Services Manager to $65k+ - Banking

Job Description: Responsibilities include: Develop, organize, monitor and carry out strategies to increase market share in consumer business relationships in accordance with Bank's and manager's overall goals and objectives. Monitor and analyze client relationships and financial aspects to determine trends, risks, profitability and cross-sell opportunities within the office and to other departments of the Bank. Interview loan applicants to elicit information, determine appropriate structure of loans, cross-sell opportunities, communicate decisions or recommendations, obtain and/or send proper documentation and to resolve related customer issues. Attend civic, cultural and community events to maintain communication links and to promote the Bank and its services. Supervise Financial Service Specialist and Financial Service Representative. Motivate and train all branch staff in cross-selling Bank services. Proactively plan, develop and implement sales campaigns and promotions to expand usage of the Bank's products and services. Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Requirements include: College degree or related significant work experience and the successful completion of the required training classes and/or Community Banking Management Training Program to gain advanced knowledge of all consumer products. Requires strong sales and service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and clients. Ability to make effective group presentations in staff sales meetings or to clients/prospects.
