Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) in Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience, plus a minimum of two (2) years of related experience is required. Individual is also required to have a basic working knowledge of cost accounting and government contracting.

Skills Needed:
Demonstrated initiative. Requires excellent workmanship skills, with regards to quality, accuracy, and timeliness. To effectively contribute to the finance department, this position must be able to communicate financial/program information efficiently within a matrix organization. have good verbal and written communication skills; ability to provide concise reporting; and procedural compliance. This position requires strong personal computer skills; well versed in popular spreadsheets, word processing, and graphic presentation software. Candidate must be well versed in Excel; prior use of Costpoint and Impromptu is also desirable.

Duties Specific to the Position:
This position is responsible for supporting compliance with FAR and CAS government regulations. Responsible for preparing detailed analysis of transaction data, summarizing and interpreting this data, and preparing concise reports to management of the various cost accounting and government compliance issues. Other duties as assigned.
