Kelly Financial Resources is currently conducting the first round of interviewing for a large medical company in the Seattle area. This opportunity will be able to manage the process in forecasting, budgeting, and feasibility analysis on a high level. The person in this position will be able to impact the corporate profitability by providing comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic business plans as well as operational activities. Part of the tasks for a proven leader will be to effectively select qualified individuals, train and perform performance evaluations to build a solid financial team.

Qualities of the job include:

- Oversees the budget process and provides assistance for other financial services such as forecasting, feasibility studies, and financial analysis
- Responsible for organizing, analyzing and presenting comprehensive financial information to the organization's senior level management team
- Effectively able to prioritize and coordination of the budgeting and financial analysis to team
- Ability to serve as a financial consultant to the senior level management for different divisions and teams
- Ability to be a part of complex operational research, financial projections, logistical planning and project management

Qualifications for the position:

- BA in Accounting, Economics, or Finance; MBA or CPA preferred
- 5 years minimum experience in financial analysis, budgeting, project management preferably in a healthcare setting
- Healthcare experience required at some length of time of the experience
- Management experience required
