Primary responsibility will be to provide pricing leadership to the Organization, through the establishment of pricing discipline, process development and the development and execution of key pricing and margin priorities and objectives. Additional responsibilities include building a cohesive pricing team, Pricing Process development, lead development of processes for tracking and control of product risks for new products and customers, develop regular review of ASP & DAC, highlighting key opportunities for field reps, establish a sound Pricing basis for new products that are being conceptualized for launch, collect and analyze data to assess risk and develop a pricing model and parameters to effectively monitor performance, analyze and understand performance of existing products for review, build models and projections to enable the business to generate consistent, sound prices for new products and customers, drive re-pricing or re-structuring of existing unprofitable products/customers, participate in business-wide discussions impacting price and margin, develop metrics to measure impact of pricing on overall business results, drive business level accountability for actions planned/implemented, serve as critical business partner in timely execution of business plan, lead development, implement/measurement of strategic plans, operating plans and tracking against actual results, and responsible for managing, preparing, administering, and directing the control of the budget. Manages the activities of the financial analyst staff. Reviews and approves recommendations for financial planning and control. Monitors division and department adherence to approved budget.Minimum Requirements

8+ years finance or accounting experience including 5+ years managerial experience. Broad base of financial planning & analysis experience including segment, product, customer, vendor & item profitability analysis, financial planning and analysis skills, pricing, reporting, controllership and accountingAdditional Knowledge & Skills
