Qualifications: BA/BS in Finance, Accounting or related field Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance/accounting experience CPA helpful but not required Great Plains experience helpful, but not required Familiarity with Fund account and Non for Pprofit organizations helpful but not required. Job Summary: Accurate and timely preparation of journal entries for financial statements. Maintains adequate documentation to support all financial activity processed by the finance department. Responsible for timely collection of open A/R accounts. Responsible for the timely processing of all A/P invoices. Responsible for the timely reconciliation of all bank accounts maintained by the corporation. Reviews and reconciles all identified transaction discrepancies from the integrated POS system. Develops operating procedures/policies as needed with regards to the Finance Department, other corporation departments and retail stores. Responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of bi-weekly payroll for the corporation. Prepares annual operating budget and submit to the Senior Vice President/CFO.
