General requirements :
This senior level Financial Leadership Partner will be responsible for leading the creation and support of an environment of sustainable, profitable growth for the firm. The FLP partner will provide project based and interim CFO services in a hands-on capacity for Tatum’s various client companies both locally and nationally.

Candidates should have some experinence with :
15–30 years of successful financial management experience
•Minimum of 5-10 years as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of a company with at least $50 million in revenue (preferable higher)
•CFO experience for multiple companies highly desirable
•CPA/MBA/CMA highly desirable
•Public accounting and financial consulting experience highly desirable
•Significant experience in raising capital, both debt and equity
•Experience as negotiator and financial leader
•IPO and secondary fund raising experience highly desirable
•Demonstrated ability to handle significant growth and downsizing
•Desire to work in a partnership environment and assist in the development of clients for the partnership and willingness and ability to market Tatum’s services
•Outstanding references from prior employers, as well as service providers such as CPAs, lawyers, investment bankers, venture capital firms, private equity firms, commercial bankers and others.
•Strategic thinker with operational experience
•Treasury experience
•Ability to roll up sleeves when warranted – “Hands on” Executive
