Branch Manager (Hire Ahead) - Mil East or Milw West District

As a Branch Manager, you will lead and manage the sales and service process for the branch while growing profits. Responsible for all functions and staff in the branch, including all specialist staff serving the branch. Directly manage the Assistant Branch Manager(s), Personal Bankers, and Sales and Service Associates. Develop and cultivate long-term business and consumer relationships, ensuring high retention success and service as an interface within the local community.


Successful candidates possess entrepreneurial business management skills, sales planning, strong team orientation and excellent verbal and written communication skills 
Strong probing, listening, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills to effectively uncover and resolve complex customer and employee issues
Prior retail management and/or sales management experience in an environment with aggressive sales goals required 
Minimum 2 years of retail, operations and/or sales management experience is strongly preferred
Demonstrated leadership proficiency in sales, service and operations.
Extensive customer contact and experience managing customer relationships
Proven track record of developing and coaching high performance sales and service teams
Post-high school degree required, preferably a BS or BA.
Ability to work Saturday and some evenings required
Advanced proficiency with Windows PC navigation and software, including Excel and Word required
