Billing Specialist

 Job Duties

 

§ Close DVLs daily in SKP, verifying service has been completed and billing is accurate..

§ Complete and close billing communicators that require service order adjustments.

§ Conduct monthly audits to ensure billing accuracy.

§ Complete credit, debit, and other billing forms as required.

§ Answer customer questions regarding invoices.

§ Reprint invoices and send to customers as requested.

§ Notify Account Management Staff of ongoing customer issues.

§ Assist with the new customer set up process, including shredding customers.

§ Assist with processing credit card payments through Collegeville.

§ Assist with processing, tracking, and logging all customer terminations.

§ Other projects as required.

 Education

 

§ High school diploma or equivalent.

 Experience

 

§ 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer service role

 Skills

 

§ Knowledge of a PC in a Windows Environment;  Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Word.

§ High attention to detail.

§ Strong time management and organizational skills.

§ Good analytical/problem solving skills.

§ Good communication skills, in person and over the phone

§ Familiarity with basic accounting principles.

§ Experience with Oracle Financials a plus.
