OnSiteDocs is seeking a talented, experienced and self-motivated Analyst to use internal and external data sources to develop reports and models necessary for measurement, trend analysis, and strategic initiative implementation.  As a significant contributor to our client satisfaction, financial performance, and product development, our Analyst will present information and interpretations to clients, senior management, physicians, and external stakeholders.

 

The successful candidate will have exceptional communication and problem solving skills, enjoy the challenges of working in a start-up, fast growing environment, and must want to join a team of innovative professionals. 

 

Experience:
Minimum two years experience manipulating and analyzing complex data to develop statistical models.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Performs analyses, synthesizes information and develops findings to support the decision making process. Analyzes trends in program utilization and models required physician resources relative to forecasted demand for services. Develops exception reporting and conducts drill down analysis to proactively identify specific opportunities and risks.Monitors projection targets.  Analyzes, researches, and interprets results, variances, and trends. Develops and manages reporting templates used to analyze and interpret data. Designs complex ad hoc reports to support a variety of functional areas.

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Proven ability to develop financial models. Knowledge of statistics and other measures used to report and analyze data. Advanced knowledge of Excel, Access and SQL. Proven analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and have ability to work. Independently with little supervision.Demonstrated attention to detail. Polished written and spoken communication skills.Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to shift priorities.

 

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, MIS or related field
