Analyst – Financial Planning & Analysis

 

This position reports directly to the Director – Financial Planning & Analysis and will be responsible for analyzing and financial transactions for the company.

Responsibilities:

Integral member of the Company’s finance team

Compiles and analyzes financial information for the Company

Develops integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations

Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately

Performs financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts

Analyze complex proposals and code-sharing transactions with our airline partners

Develop cash-flow and accounting models

Analyze profit potential, risk factors and accounting implications of complex transactions

Analyze capital raising transactions

Work effectively with a small team of other analysts

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have 3 to 5 years of financial analysis / corporate finance experience

Strong computer and modeling skills

BA in business, economics or related area is required; an MBA is preferred; CPA not required
