Account Receivable

We are searching for a hard working, sharp-minded, detail-oriented individual to fill the Payroll/Accounts Receivable position.  Minimum of two years experience.  Completion of College courses highly preferred. Multi-tasking and meeting deadlines.

 

Account Receivable:

*Responsible for tracking receivables

*Maintain all client accounts.

*Answer A/R calls and e-mail inquires.

*Resolve account issues,maintain aging reports.

Make collection calls for past due accounts.

 

Payroll:  Calculate hours worked,work with payroll taxes, prepare W/C audits, compile time cards and reports in the preparation of payroll input to the payroll system.
