Mining Engineer
Mining Engineer Daily Duties: Will be performing mine planning activities related to: Floodplain use permits Mineral development reports Resource estimation and planning Closure reports
Other responsibilities will include leading mine permit and reclamation projects, directing field sampling for mine remediation projects, and due diligence activities including Phase I ESA and permit reviews.
Requirements: BS Degree in Mining Engineering from an accredited mine engineering program, plus 4-7 years of related experience. PE preferred, or must obtain within 12 months of employment. Will also required participation in industry organizations and the ability to develop relationships with clients that bring in new/additional work. Responsible individual requiring little supervision, self starter, motivated, and willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
