Job Description
LFR is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer or Engineering Geologist to join our headquarters in Emeryville, CA. This position is responsible for geotechnical engineering investigation and design, evaluation and implementation for a wide array of projects. You will develop and perform geotechnical investigations, collect and analyze data, visit project construction sites, prepare reports, assist in developing proposals, and participate in client/agency meetings.
Requirements:
BS in Geotechnical Engineering, Geology, Environmental Engineering, or related 5+ years of relevant experience Excellent analytical organizational, communication, and leadership abilities Strong foundation in geotechnical design from work experience or college study Design experience with Autocad desirable G.E. or C.E.G. desirable
