EMPLOYMENT STATUS : Non-Exempt
I. PROGRAM SUMMARY:
PACE was recently awarded a contract by the SC Gas Company to promote Energy Efficiency among ethnic minority populations. The program seeks to increase awareness, expand efforts and participation of the targeted ethnic communities to reduce energy cost and achieve energy efficiencies.
II. SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
Seeking a highly organized Assessment/Evaluation Specialist to work closely with the Program Coordinator and other team members in administering PACEs Energy Efficiency Outreach Program. The Assessment/Evaluation Specialist will be tasked with both quantitative and qualitative data management and analysis. The essential duties include creating a tracking system to record and document program operation information, gather performance and outcome data to provide program accountability and provide timely reports as required for program evaluation and assessment.
III. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Develop tracking system and methodology, prepare data collection tools and models and establish procedures and protocols.
Work collaboratively with SoCal Gas and contracted agencies and facilitate information exchange to accurately evaluate program performance.
Oversee daily management of data collection /evaluation projects.
Conduct quantitative data analysis, utilizing appropriate tools, models and software applications.
Qualitative analysis including conducting interviews with program participants
Summarize all performance data, write and produce periodic reports for program evaluation and assessment.
IV. QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
At least 2 years college work in marketing, statistics, business, communications, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience;
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Detail oriented, excellent analytical and quantitative abilities to gather, structure, and present data analysis.
Ability to work well and collaboratively in a team environment;
Experience managing research evaluation projects highly desirable;
Bilingual in any of the following: Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese or Spanish language, preferred;
Proficient with Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, experience with statistical software desirable.
V. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Must have the use of an automobile with adequate insurance coverage and a valid California drivers license, or have available private transportation.

COMPENSATION: $ 2,800 per month plus fringe benefits
