Project Manager/Project Engineer

General Summary:

Under general supervision, the individual competently performs all aspects of project management. Provides engineering technical support for Drilling Riser projects.

 

Essential Functions:

1. Prepare cross sections, tech. data sheets, layouts, pre-studies, assist with proposals

2. Plan, organize, direct, and control the technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of current and future umbilical/drilling riser projects in GOM, South America, Africa, and Asia-Pacific.  

3. Liaison between U.S. and southern hemisphere clients and project work in Norway.

1. Engineering degree and 10+ years for the Project Manager and 3+ years for the Project engineer with progressively responsible engineering and project engineering experience in drilling riser or related products.

2. One or more years of project management experience on small to medium size projects with revenues up to 50mm.

3. Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written.

4. Ability to demonstrate initiative and assertiveness, the ability to plan and manage work in an efficient manner, and the ability to work well under stress and time pressures.

 

Salary $80K & up DOE.
