Shell Oil Products US is currently seeking a SAP/GAME ME Coordinator for its refinery in Los Angeles, California.



Responsibilities:
In this position, you will be responsible for helping the Engineering organization deliver high quality and efficient maintenance services to the refinery production organization through the effective data management and process execution of Global Asset Management Excellence - Maintenance Execution (GAME ME). You will also serve as the SAP Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Plant Maintenance module of SAP. You will support the Engineering, Production, Technical and Finance department in maintenance cost allocation and management, reporting directly to the Reactive Maintenance Manager.

Key Accountabilities Include:
-Provide GAME ME process performance oversight
-Develop and conduct training support for improvement to the execution of GAME ME
-Support process management by providing and publishing performance metrics
-Participate in local Process Owners Council
-Participate in regional and corporate teams and networks
-Assist the planning and scheduling cell in weekly development of the maintenance schedule
-Oversee Bill of Material (BOM) maintenance and development
-Provide ad hoc reporting from Business Objects and SAP
-Work with Houston Support Team on SAP testing of new functionality and coordinating support when required



Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, logistics, supply chain, engineering or equivalent work experience in maintenance processes or SAP system work and have approximately 5 or more years relevant professional experience. Experience developing and delivering training is a plus.

-Strong personal computer aptitudes in Word, Excel, Access and SAP
