We are looking for a qualified MSP Engineer to join our organization and work as a team within the Central Industrial Cleaning Division. 

 

In this position the MSP Alliance Specialist works with and provides guidance to the PSC site, area operations management, and key client stakeholders in transition, implementing and maintaining the various Managed Service Partnership programs established at various client facilities. 

 

The primary objective is meeting and reducing PSC's and the client's established (costs of ownership) targets and  participating in the day-to-day management of PSC operations; assuring that all financial, safety and human resource objectives are met.

 

The qualified candidate possesses:

· BS Degree four-year minimum preferred (Engineering, Chemistry, Manufacturing, or other Technical disciplines preferred)

· Five plus years of work related experience in industrial service or client related industries

· Exceptional Communication skills both verbal and written; attention to detail.

· Strong Computer and math/ Financial Skills

· Basic Understanding of the MSP programs, software and performance expectations

· Depending upon assignment and location travel may be required to satisfy job expectations

 

 

 

Other Skills/Abilities:

· Understanding of QA/QC process and benchmarking science

· Strong Interpersonal skills

 

Training 

· Depending upon the level of industrial service experience the MSP Alliance Specialist may be required to participate in a training regiment designed to provide a working knowledge of core services provided by PSC ISG

· This includes but is not limited to the following

 

o  Hydroblasting

o  Liquid and Vacuum Services

o  Chemical Cleaning

o  Ultra Pressure Services

 

 

This position will have a matrix reporting responsibility and will report to either the Site Manager or the Regional Manager and the MSP Senior Alliance Engineer or Director
