A new year, new ideas, new initiatives and perhaps some new dreams! Why not? Are you tired of the same old career? Do you want to use your years of experience and talent to start a new career with new opportunities? If these ideas sound exciting, read on.

The world of recruiting is unique. It is the most demanding and most challenging career you will ever encounter and yet it can be the most satisfying and rewarding in so many ways. Picture yourself assisting companies fulfilling their staffing needs. Picture yourself working with candidates to find them new and exciting career opportunities. Picture yourself making 6 figures and beyond. If you get into this business and excel, you will never leave it! The position requires a commitment on your part, a dedication, a work ethic second to none and a fire in the belly. You will need the desire to win! The job is all about selling. Selling yourself, selling the office, your company and your profession. If you cannot sell, do not apply. This job is not for you.

Experience desired is a minimum of 3 years business-to-business sales. If you have had success at knocking on doors or telephone sales, then this could be for you. College is pretty important, but not mandatory. A successful track record is paramount. Comfort with commission sales is critical. Street savvy is important. Confidence in yourself coupled with a strong desire to succeed can make the difference in our business.

If you have the desire for a real challenge, then this just might be for you. We are adding a couple of professionals to our existing team. We are one of the very best in the country, ranking in the top 50 of 1100 office worldwide. Our local market recognized us as the 2004 Small Business of the Year. We offer years of leadership, a no nonsense approach to success, benefits and the opportunity to make some great money. Interviewing begins as top notch resumes cross my desk.
