Recruitment Manager Description: Volt Service Group, a Fortune 1000 staffing industry leader, is currently seeking an experienced recruiting professional to develop the direct placement recruitment effort for the Southern California market. The Professional Placement Manager will be based in Santa Barbara, CA and will provide leadership in all direct placement activity including, hiring, managing and mentoring Professional Placement Recruiters as well as producing individually alongside the team of recruiters. The Professional Placement Manager will partner with the recruitment and sales staff in branches throughout the Los Angeles region to generate job orders, via aggressive sales efforts, and make quality placements to increase branch revenue. In addition, the Professional Placement Manager will partner with Regional management to set production goals and be responsible for holding the team accountable for achieving forecasted goals. This is accomplished by developing new business, increasing existing business, and orchestrating a successful and profitable operation.




Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years recruiting experience in the staffing industry, or a similar recruitment environment, driving direct placement activity with management responsibilities. This includes proven success identifying candidates via direct sourcing activity and filling professional level job orders. Candidates must have experience developing new business relationships to promote recruitment opportunities, including client presentation skills. The ability to guide, direct, and motivate others as well as have strong negotiation and sales closing skills is necessary.
