Kelly Services, Inc. is a US-based Fortune 500 company and global staffing industry leader. We are currently seeking a 'Top Performing' recruiter to join our KellyDirect and Kelly Law Registry team. This Kelly Law Recruiter will specialize in permanent placements for various positions in Law. Kelly Services has been providing direct hire candidates to our customers since our inception in 1946.

The KellyDirect Recruiter is accountable for maintaining a client base, developing customer relationships, and creating a candidate pool. The client base will be developed through cold calling, networking, referrals, etc. The candidate pool will be developed through networking, direct recruiting efforts, referrals, boards, etc. ***You will be provided qualified open orders when you start immediately.***

Job Title: Kelly Law Registry Direct Placement Recruiter

Responsibilities:
- Increase business volume by developing new customers as well as increasing business within existing accounts. This will involve targeting of potential customers through cold calling, and professional networking.
- Support business goals by meeting/exceeding individual direct hire billing objectives.
- Meet the specific needs of customers by recruiting, evaluating, presenting and placing appropriate candidates for direct hire.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with selected customers and candidates and increase Kelly's profile by attending trade shows, recruiting events and networking opportunities within the local business community.
- Contribute to the development and consistent execution of best practices in direct hire recruitment.

Duties:
- Maintain and expand close relationships with existing customer via telemarketing/networking and customer visits using ongoing need determination and continual development of the professional relationship.
- Contribute to local sales growth by increasing direct hire billings
- Screen, interview and evaluate all potential candidates
- Schedule interviews between customers and candidates as appropriate
- Prepare customers and candidates for job interview
- Follow-up after interviews with both candidates and customers
- Present job offer, negotiate, close the transaction, and confirm start date and compensation

Qualifications:
- 4 Year degree, preferable in a Legal discipline
- 2 to 3 years experience of staffing Legal positions or other Professional and Technical Positions.
