Our Executive Search Division needs a talented Recruiter to do candidate sourcing, profiling and placement as well as marketing top candidates to Managers of Southern California businesses. If you are articulate and love a fast paced/high energy environment, join our team of sales professionals all of whom have 6 or more years of recruiting/sales experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Communicate effectively with Human Resource Managers, VPs, Controllers and CFOs to identify current and future staffing needs and identify and cultivate productive client relationships. Secure and track upcoming search and contract recruiting assignments. Sell our service and our fees.
2. Network and direct recruit to source candidates who are not advertising their resumes on the Internet. We present our clients with top talent that they are unlikely to see through other agencies.
3. Review resumes, place recruiting calls to qualified individuals; interview all candidates in person: qualify them, coach on interviewing and selling themselves on the interview.
4. Schedule interviews; prepare candidates for interviews; follow-up, qualify and preclose both the candidate and client company. Guarantee follow-up.
5. Be responsible for running your own desk to generate direct hire and temporary placement fees.

Job Requirements:
1 year experience in Executive Search, Direct Hire or Temp to Hire placement experience or successful sales experience selling a service.
