These individuals will use their organizational and time management skills to juggle a wide variety of responsibilities: recruiting (using our successful HIRE Program)screening (we use a 6 step management approach)evaluating (our exclusive Prove-IT system for testing & training)orienting and placing suitable, qualified employees in temporary and full-time positions!coaching/counseling/motivating/retention of employees (“Q” Rewards for employees!)monitoring their attendance/performance  troubleshooting and providing consultative solutions to resolve employee and client situationscontacting clients by phone and in person to ensure quality and expand business (our “Q” Process!)staying apprised of changes in client's businesses and forecasting their staffing needsusing proven procedures and creativity in all these areas!

 

Our Staffing Associates spend the majority of their time on the phone, utilizing our exclusive Passkey database system, and interacting with applicants and employees in our office. Our office hours are Monday thru Friday 7:30am-5:30pm.  Our Associates are involved in community business functions including the Employers Advisory Council, the Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce and the Tri-Valley Convention and Visitors Bureau .  Our continuous recruiting efforts include participating in career fairs for applicants, trade shows for clients, and speaking to students and graduates of local colleges.
