Recruiter

The Eastridge Group, headquartered in San Diego, is currently looking for an experienced Recruiter to join one of their rapidly growing specialty divisions. The San Diego Business Journal’s “Book of Lists 2005” has ranked The Eastridge Group as the #1 Temporary Staffing Company. 

 

This person will be working with a team of 3 Recruiters and will focus heavily on high volume staffing.  If you love recruiting and interviewing candidates, then this may be the position for you! 

 

Job Duties:Interview, screen, test and match candidates to current openingsObtain properly completed and signed I-9 and W-4 form for each temporary associateConduct reference checks on candidates in accordance with Operational StandardsAudit weekly timecardsCoach and counsel associatesConduct appropriate quality checks with clients on all job orders in compliance with Operational Standards Recruit candidates through attendance at off-site functionsConduct field visitsDevelop new clients through all marketing sourcesGather data and prepare reportsBuild loyalty and relationships with employees and clients

 

Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of Staffing Industry experience in a high volume officeExcellent communication skills (both verbal and written)Strong time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsIntermediate skills with MS Word and ExcelFlexible schedule—ability to start your day as early as 7:30AM or end your day as late as 6PM
