We currently have an opening for an experienced Recruiting Manager for our Carlsbad office.

 

Qualifications:

 

Prior recruiting/staffing industry experience is required. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of staffing industry experience in the title, mortgage, escrow, banking, credit union or financial staffing arena. The ideal candidate will be energetic, quick thinker, work well with deadlines, strong written and communication skills,  with proven sales and customer ability and the ability to multi-task. A high sense of urgency coupled with excellent time management skills is a must.

 

Responsibilities:

 
Recruit, screen, schedule and interview potential candidates;
Ensure successful placements of temporary, temp to hire and direct hire candidates;
Establish and maintain client relationships;
Reference check all temporary candidates;
Maintain and document all candidate/client activity within the automated recruiting database;
Proactively seek new candidates and new resources for finding new candidates;
Active participation in local networking group;
