IT Technical Recruiter - San Francisco or San Jose

Established in the U.K in 1989, Glotel is a leading global staffing solutions firm offering a wealth of opportunity and reward for entrepreneurial, hardworking individuals.  We are seeking a bright, energetic achiever to support the staffing needs of our well-known Fortune 500 clients as a Technical Recruiter. 

Responsibilities:
- Understanding the IT staffing needs, culture, and strategies of Glotel's clients
- Effectively utilizing search engines, job boards, networking, referrals, ad response, and user groups to identify top technical candidates
- Screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for contract roles
- Providing interview and career mentoring to working consultants
- Cultivating strong relationships with consultants and clients

Qualifications:
- 1+ years of successful recruiting experience - Fortune 500 client experience heavily preferred
- Strong desire to work in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment
- Previous experience recruiting technical candidates and/or an aptitude for technology
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Management
- Effective customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
