Executive Recruiter

RCS Executive Search is looking for an Executive Recruiter to join their regional team.  Ideally we are looking for a sales driven professional committed to making a difference in peoples lives and a contribution to the bottom-line.

 

We are willing to train the right person that has the tenacity to work hard and expect a high level of results.  Ideally we are looking for someone having experience in the staffing industry in either placement or sales, preferably both and ready to make a move.  Having a strong background in sales, retail and/or customer service with a BS in Business Administration is the right combination or experience and education that works best.

 

In this position the ideal candidate will be responsible for:Identifying, recruiting and interviewing professional candidates. Generating viable job orders Building relationships with both clients and candidates Matching qualified candidates to active job orders Debriefing, prepping and negotiating throughout the job placement
