Yoh Clinical, a leading provider of long and short-term clinical talent, has an immediate full-time opportunity for a Clinical Recruiter. Utilizing pro-active recruiting techniques, this candidate will source and screen clinical talent to fill immediate openings as well as pipeline for future opportunities.

Position Purpose

A recruiter is motivated and determined to uncover the “Best” candidate for the position.  The recruiter is responsible for generating candidates for particular opportunities within a specific industry and geography.  The recruiter is held accountable for personal production while contributing to the overall success of the business center.  This position is the stepping stone to developing relationships with local talent by cold calling, networking, and mining to build professional relationships with customers and candidates.

 

 

Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
Recruit clinical research and drug development professionals for positions within the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries.
Interview applicants to identify and summarize relevant experience and hard and soft skills to assess applicant’s suitability
Follow up regularly with candidates and customers to maintain relationships to build knowledge of needs and opportunities
Maintain familiarity with the most effective recruiting tools appropriate to the Clinical industry to include: networking with active consultants, constructing availability lists, database searches, internet searches, resume searches, other job boards, and organizations.
Create attractive and effective ads for the internet, and other appropriate advertising mediums
Generate sales leads and work within the Yoh Model

 

Requirements
2+ years of recruiting experience
Minimum 1 year of Clinical experience- ideally recruiting
Strong commitment to customer service
Experience in utilizing traditional and non-traditional recruiting techniques
Knowledge of state and federal laws as they pertain to hiring
Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and internet recruiting tools
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Great attitude and team player

 

Desired Qualifications
BA/BS in Human Resources or related field
