Sales/Business Development Manager

and driving revenue. This position is responsible for selling IT services and solutions
by identifying new business prospects and supporting existing customers.

Responsibilities include performing cold calls, going business-to-business and targeting
qualified prospects based on research and knowledge of the local market. You will
maintain business/client relationships to ensure exceptional customer service and
maximize the return on investment.

The qualifications for this position require a minimum of three years of outside/inside
sales experience preferably IT services and/or solutions. Experience working for an IT
staffing solutions provider or similar organization is strongly desired. The ability to
develop and maintain excellent client relations through effective communication,
persuasion, and negotiation.
