Account Manager/Outside Sales

Snelling Staffing Services, a leader in the staffing industry for over 50 years has an has an immediate opening for an Outside Sales Representative/Business Development Manager based in our Costa Mesa office. A successful candidate should possess the ability to build strong client relationships with a history of success. Responsibilities to include: heavy prospecting/cold calling, setting client appointments, territory management, client visits, account growth and retention, closing sales, and the ability to meet weekly activity and sales expectations. This candidate must also have a strong work ethic, be driven to succeed, and be comfortable working with minimal supervision.
