Lauderdale team as an Account Executive.

 

Responsibilities as an Account Executive will include:
Planning, obtaining, cultivating and monitoring accounts
Proactively developing new business
Maintaining a high volume of client presentations
High volume outbound phone calls
Balancing both sales and staffing aspects of business
Recruiting top talent through networking and sourcing in the marketplace
Providing career counseling to prospective and current assignment and direct hire candidates
Promoting Ajilon’s staffing solutions to prospective clients in need of administrative professionals

 

The ideal candidate will possess the following traits:
A Bachelor’s degree, or related/equivalent work experience
At least 2 years experience in the staffing industry, or a proven track record in business to business or outside sales
The ability to communicate clearly and effectively through verbal and written material
