DESCRIPTION
- Prepares and issues purchase orders and change notices for business-to-business items.
- Utilizing AS400 to process purchase orders.
- Conducting analysis of operational problems and formulates solutions to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Analyze operational data to help management team forecast future expenses and revenues.
- Make summary report to support upper-level management team decisions.
- Contact vendors, customers for company products and supplies.
- Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in business related major. Proficient in MS Office, AS 400. Purchasing experience required. Candidates must possess good written, verbal and communication skills, must be self-motivated and being able to work in a team environment.
