If you love to teach and share information, here's a position where you can really enjoy the rewards of seeing others learn from what you are doing. Our new Trainer will help shape new hires by conducting classes aimed at teaching what our business is all about. This is a fast-paced, challenging position that offers the opportunity to utilize your creativity, as well as to advance professionally with an industry leader.
Primary responsibilities include:
Delivering new-hire training and ongoing training of existing staff
Measuring pre- and post-training performance to evaluate training effectiveness
Analyzing individual and team knowledge gaps to identify training needs
Tracking assessment scores
Coaching and counseling Customer Care Professionals and Transaction Processors
Keeping current on industry trends and regulatory requirements for incorporation into existing and future courses
Maintaining an e-learning tool
A bachelor's degree in teaching or training is required. Knowledge of healthcare insurance and insurance customer care/processing systems would be ideal. Prior teaching/training experience would be helpful. The chosen applicant will be organized and self-motivated, and will have a friendly yet professional manner. Must be available to travel. Frequency based on business requirements.
