PC Productivity Schools, Wisconsin’s premier provider of information technology (IT) training and certification is seeking a polished student services representative to join our team.
STUDENT SERVICES
Coordinates the activities of student services in support of the policies, goals, and objectives established by the Manager of Educational Services, VP of Educational Services and the President/CEO.
Weekly Responsibilities include the following:Regulate student files electronicallyActs as liaison between students, instructors, and VP of Educational ServicesTrack/schedule student certification testingCoordinate mentor scheduling between students and instructorsMonitor student progressUnscheduled and scheduled student meetings
Monthly Responsibilities include the following:Review student services responsibilities to coordinate current policies and proceduresManage VUE Test CenterOversee books received, voucher orders, and Measure Up codes
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Assist in the implementation of organizational policies that meet corporate goals and objectives.Comply with the structure and processes necessary to maintain the organization's current activities and its projected growth.Collaborate with the corporation’s directors to help facilitate strategies for student and instructor success.Facilitates procedures and controls to promote communication and adequate information flow between the students, instructors, and management team.Reviews the daily results of students and instructor activities. Regularly and systematically measures overall student performance. Facilitates the reporting of these results to management.Regularly meet with students who are currently struggling with emotional and academic idiosyncrasies as they relate to the educational process.
