SAP Training Developer with FI

Global aerospace client is looking for a SAP Training Developer. Responsible for applying knowledge of current learning models and determining the best instructional strategies using knowledge of adult learning theory to meet client learning expectations. Must know how to gather content from multiple sources, interview client and team members to obtain content related to the SAP subject matter, review and validate client requirements and objectives and acquire an overall knowledge of the client processes and transactions required to develop. Strong knowledge of e-Learning and web-based training development tools and their application is very important to successfully apply developed content to deployment mechanisms. Ability to develop training for SAP 4.7x or 5.x preferred. Candidate must have consulting experience and be able to communicate effectively with our client set from executive level to the end-user. Candidate should be a self-starter with the ability to work within a dynamic environment, and with a diverse population. Good understanding of all SAP Modules and/or another ERP system such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, Baan, etc. is required. Strong knowledge of SAP FI module experience preferred, strong knowledge of web-based and e-Learning development tools. Finance/accounting knowledge highly desirable. Apply Principles of e-Learning, web-based training and Instructor-Led Training development. Apply Instructional Design Principles, Adult Learning Principles and Theories, Advise Learning Strategies and Solutions skills. Experience with Info Pak development tool a plus. Bachelor's degree required.
