Program Manager - Consulting Services

Basic Function of the Job:
PROGRAM MANAGER is a practice leader for Iron Mountain’s consulting services and products. A PROGRAM MANAGER provides practice leadership to clients, assists the sales organization with new business development, and develops the consulting staff at the regional level.
PROGRAM MANAGER interacts extensively with clients, project managers, and consultants to define and oversee projects and ensure projects satisfy client expectations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with sales team to learn, develop and drive successful offerings.
• Manage 8-10 client relationships with 65% time spent on client billable deliverables.
• Architect records management solutions and work with Project Manager to develop winning project plans.
• Manage, grow and foster excellence with delivery staff.
• Develop or maintain an area of expertise in records management or internal focus that results in the publishing of articles or speaking engagements to maintain Iron Mountain’s position as a thought leader in the industry.
• Manage, grow and foster excellence with delivery staff. Focus on quality deliverables, efficient processes and driving individuals to deliver excellence.
Qualifications Required:
College degree (preferably in business or library sciences)
Certified Records Manager (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Visio and Office Suite
Verbal and Written Communication Skills
OTHER
40-60% Travel
High Degree of Customer Contact
Professional Image
Personnel Management Skills
Listening Skills
Public Speaking Presentation Skills
