Educational Consultant & Coaching Contract Position

 

Evans Newton Incorporated (ENI) a 30 year old nationally respected educational consulting company in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking strong experienced teachers and leaders for full-time and part-time contract positions.  ENI provides proven curriculum solutions to support student success, teacher effectiveness and the needs of school administrators.  Working with school districts nationwide, ENI is dedicated to giving every student the opportunity to succeed.

 

An ideal candidate would have the following essential functions, skills, knowledge and experience and will email a letter, resume and salary requirements to m4edconsult2k6@yahoo.com or fax to (480) 951-2895.  Due to high volume of candidates, no phone calls please.  Local candidates only, no relocation assistance available.Extensive travel across the U.S. is required.Prepare and provide custom training to teachers and administrators to meet the needs of a school district.Stay current in educational trends nationwide.Provide meaningful ongoing customer service.Prepare detailed inservice reports (internal and customer)Research and develop new inservices and products.Creates original tests and test items.Analyses and interprets state standards.Understand curriculum alignment, curriculum/assessments, and instructional strategies that utilize “best practices” for increased student achievement and educational leadership.

 

Skills, Knowledge and Experience6 years teaching experience in middle school and high school mathematics.MA required, preferably in Education or mathematics.Curriculum background, teacher training and specialized curricular area of concentration preferred.Experience presenting inservices/workshops preferred.  Experienced coaching or mentoring teachers desirable.Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize multiple projects/tasks concurrently while meeting required deadlines and adhere to company and department procedures.Strong cognitive skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a customer-driven, fast-paced environment.PC Skills required.Preferred school or district administrative experience.
