SPANISH SPEAKING PART-TIME CUSTOMER RELATIONS ADVISOR

 

We are currently seeking a Spanish speaking part-time Customer Relations Advisor to join our dynamic organization in Mountain View, CA!  CPP’s corporate culture is collaborative, employee-focused and committed to professional development.

 

As a Spanish speaking Customer Relations Advisor you will be responsible for:

 providing extraordinary customer service with timely follow through.proactively guiding the customer through calls to understand their needs and recommend related products to enhance sales.taking the customer’s order and entering accurate data and detailed customer information into CPP’s database.researching order status and resolving customer issues.

 

And will have:

 fluency in speaking and writing business Spanish.two years customer service or related call center experience.the ability to work from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Monday through Fridayexcellent verbal and written communications skills in both English and Spanishcomputer expertise in Windows and Office 2000; database experience preferred
