PART-TIME TRUCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

PART-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE



Responsibilities include but are not limited to: developing, implementing and maintaining a strong customer support function within the service center; data entry and inventory control; handling, processing, preparing and reconciliation of paperwork, invoices and bills; fostering strong and positive communication between all external and internal customers; providing clerical and administrative assistance including answering phones, distributing mail, tracing customers’ shipments and other duties at the service center level.



Excellent written, verbal, communication, clerical and customer service skills required, along with the ability to work and contribute to a team environment. Outstanding typing of 35WPM+, 10-key, computer and phone skills a must. Previous LTL transportation experience is desired. Approximate hours are from 3 pm to 8 pm.
