Help Desk Analyst/CSR Lead – Business Operations

Pay By Touch was recently featured in the Wall Street Journal as one of the pioneers in the fast emerging Biometrics Technologies, where fingerprints may replace money, passwords and keys. Pay By Touch is leading the introduction of payment systems using fingerprint biometrics in retails stores. Today, over 1,500 grocery stores, convenience stores, liquor stores and banks are using Pay by Touch services.

 

We have an immediate need for an experienced Help Desk Analyst, who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You must be a self sufficient, intrinsically motivated individual, who also works well with a team. Your primary area of responsibility will include customer support, where the primary form of customer contact is both by email and phone.

 

Background and credit checks are required. 

 

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

 

2 – 3 years experience in direct customer support by phone is required as well as experience in direct customer support via e-mail. Experience as a CSR Lead or supervisory skills are preferred. You must also have excellent documentation and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Additional qualifications include:

 

Solid written and verbal communication skills.

 

Typing speed 50 wpm or better, 10 key by touch.

 

Experience with MS software applications; MS Word, Outlook, MS Excel and MS Access.
