Job Title: Dispatch Customer Service Representative  

Job Class: Non-Exempt

Summary

Under moderate supervision of the Dispatch Supervisor, performs various customer service and dispatches service calls to route technicians.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Adheres to work schedule and attendance policy requirements. Staffing of this position requires evening and weekend work hours.

Consistently represents the company and its services in a positive manner while taking calls from customers.

Complies with the rules of operation, procedures and policy when using company computers.

Processes payroll time sheets and expenses turned in by Technicians in a timely and accurately manner.

Enters customer information into the database system and dispatches calls to the appropriate technician. 

Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of general office machines.  Computer literate.

Education and/or Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent; AND/or

Two or more years of Dispatch experience.

Must Speak English/Spanish fluently.
