We have multiple openings in our San Francisco call center at (101 Spear Street) for highly skilled Customer Service Representatives to become part of our Customer Service team.


 

Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for servicing business accounts, collecting delinquent advertising revenue, making payment arrangements, account maintenance/preservation, and resolving customer claims/concerns. We are seeking detail-oriented, highly-organized individuals. A professional phone manner and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.



Applicants must have the following:One or more years of customer service experience in a corporate call center environment (inbound and outbound calls) working with business accounts One or more years of account collections experience Computer skills
Candidates must qualify on all tests, interviews, and assessments to be eligible for consideration.


 

New hires will earn between $28,860 - $41,652 a year to start, depending on experience. Employees are eligible for pay increases every six months until top pay is reached for this AT&T Yellow Pages job title (currently $49,972). This is a union represented position.
