Customer Service Representative





 

 

Primary Responsibilities
Research and respond to order status inquiries, expedite requests, inventory and lead time inquiries, sample requests, and pricing/quote requests. Responsible for Order Entry and work closely with Operations to track orders. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer service issues and complaints. Issue RMAs and coordinate with Quality on Failure Analysis requests. Follow-up on missing or delayed shipments and work with Shipping to correct errors. Contact point for customers and Extended Sales Channel (reps. & distributors). Support Outside Sales Team and day-to-day sales operations. Responsible for invoicing and maintaining customer records. Respond to collateral requests, and distribute sales kits and promotional material. Assist in report generation.

 

Experience and/or Educational Requirements
Must have experience in Customer Service/Inside Sales and Administration. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and have experience using Sales Order Management software/ERP systems. A college degree and experience in the semiconductor industry required.

 

Job Requirements
Excellent communication and detail-oriented customer service skills required. Ability to organize and prioritize work and solve problems as they arise. Must be a team player in a fast-paced environment.
