Currently seeking a highly motivated success oriented Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding customer service and support in a fast paced call center environment. 

 

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  Respond to and execute all necessary actions regarding customer service, order entry, orders, auto shipments, product, policy and compensation matters.Register and enter all pertinent information regarding new customers and members.Track orders with independent shipping carriers.Complete appropriate paperwork relating to Customer/Member actions.Forward department specific inquiries to the appropriate personnel and follows up to ensure Customer/Member received a response.Maintain Customer/Member records by updating account information.Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting the best solution; expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution.Maintain product, policy and compensation knowledge by attending trainings and reviewing updated materials.Meet quotas by using scripts established for up selling products.Follow all scripts and procedures assigned by supervisors.Complete special projects as assigned.May place outbound calls to Customer/Members as required.

 

 

  QUALIFICATIONS:

 High school diploma or equivalentSix to twelve months experience in a customer service environmentPleasant telephone voice/mannerExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to communicate effectively with all types of personalitiesExcellent decision making ability.Proficient typing skillsProficient in Microsoft Office.
