As the Customer Care Manager working in our Redwood Shores, California, office, you will work directly with the Director of Customer Care to create, implement, and manage all aspects of our outsourced call center. Prior experience working with an outsourced call center will be crucial as you monitor all activities including call speed and efficiency, billing issues, daily reporting, and any outstanding exceptions that arise. A familiarity with business process methodologies, such as Six Sigma or ISO, will be helpful as you establish best practice procedures and metrics and apply them to your team. Your exceptional communication skills will benefit you in managing and mentoring internal employees, while your desire to take the initiative and increase your professional repertoire will allow you to maintain a current knowledge and understanding of industry trends, regulations, and new developments. Success will be measured by the proficiency of the call center reps, the efficiency of the overall operation, and most importantly customer satisfaction. This position will lead to a challenging and rewarding career with a company on the verge of greatness.
