We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Client Services Representative in our San Francisco office.  You will provide operation, function, navigation and technical support to LoopNet users as well as identify, analyze and offer solutions to user problems with regards to the products and services LoopNet offers.  You will be responsible for troubleshooting via email and telephone and offering solutions that facilitate successful interactions and eliminate technology obstacles.

Requirements:

 3+ years experience working in Client Services or call center position Excellent understanding of Internet settings and optionsAbility to troubleshoot the technical escalated client issuesAbility to talk a client through changing browser settingsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAnalytical and problem solving abilities to find resolutions quicklyAbility to prioritize and multitaskAttention to detail and accuracyProficient with Windows based programsProficient with Office Suite, particularly Word & ExcelExperience in commercial real estate a plusBA/BS degree
