The Operations and Service Group (OSG) provides clearing and custody of assets and service expertise to clients of the Fidelity Registered Investment Advisor Group (FRIAG). To ensure our clients receive seamless integration and delivery of Fidelity products and services, a dedicated Client Service Manager (CSM) is assigned to each client to be a singular point of contact for all day-to-day operational and service needs.

The Client Service Manager (CSM) will directly support the tactical and strategic service needs of institutional customers of FRIAG individually and as a member of a Client Practice Model team. You will be highly engaged in all areas of support and management relative to the activities inherent to institutional accounts held on the Fidelity Brokerage Service (FBS) platform. The majority of the CSMs resources are focused on client satisfaction with specific attention in the areas of client service relationship management, problem resolution, and process improvement.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:



Develop long term relationships and partnerships with clients

Respond directly to all institutional client inquires: telephone, fax, email and written correspondence

Proactively manage client issues and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner. Ability to influence those outside of OSG

Train/educate clients in the areas of process, policy and procedures (including Fidelity and Industry rules and regulations)

Make sound, definitive business decisions which met our clients needs within the confines of our policies and procedures — work with management and various other Fidelity departments to address as necessary.


o Actively participate in client meetings, prospect presentations and formal client reviews


WORKING RELATIONSHIPS/CONTACTS

o Internally this position will work very closely with segment Sr. CSMs/Managers/Directors. They will also work with Relationship Managers and the Sales Staff to identify and develop potential growth opportunities with our existing clients.







Education and Experience:

o Four year College Degree required
o Licensed as a General Securities Representative required (Series 7 & 63)
o 3-4 years experience in financial services industry, with a sound understanding of the Broker/Dealer and RIA/TPA marketplace


Skills/Knowledge:

o Excellent interpersonal skills
o Business level verbal and written communication skills
o Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment under limited direction
o Entrepreneurial spirit


Working Conditions:

o This person must be able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced — high stress environment. They must also interact effectively with all levels of management and clients.
o They may also be expected to travel outside of the local area to visit clients.
