Call Centers continue to urgently need more than 200,000 agents yearly. Out of 100 applicants, only 3 are hired. Most applicants lack the skills & preparation to pass the tough screening process. Competition is tough!



GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

 Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

 Must at least be 2nd year college level / vocational diploma / short course certificate or bachelor's/college degree in any field.

 Must be willing to work in makati city.

 Must be willing to work fulltime.

 Must be willing to work on shifts, including graveyard.

 Must possess english communication skills.

 Must be computer literate.
