Bilingual Technical Support Representative

As the front-line of communications with customers, Technical Support Reps build our reputation on a daily basis by providing top-notch customer service. We're looking for someone outgoing and extremely personable, able to build a rapport with customers as you solve their issues over the phone.  We proudly provide a 3-week training program and consider potential and attitude just as important as previous experience in a similar role.

 

Responsibilities:Providing assistance to end users and installersDocumenting help desk calls, repairs and field service orders in our MRPTroubleshooting our analog and digital audio systems over the phoneEscalating calls appropriately

 

Requirements: Must be bilingual in English and SpanishHighly motivated and independent - individuals who are not shy at tackling tasks they do not immediately understand.Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills.Professional phone skills and ability to articulate technical problems effectively.Ability to quickly learn, troubleshoot and explain operation and wiring of simple to complex analog and digital electronic devicesBasic understanding of electronics  Experience in a tech support or help desk situation is a definite plus.Proficient in Microsoft Windows 2000, XP Professional, and Office.Must be a US citizen or legal permanent residentLocal candidates only please!
