ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
This is a long term Customer Service temporary-to-hire opportunity.
The candidate must be available immediately.

The responsibilities of this position include:
o Answer high volume of inbound telephone inquiries in to customer accounts.
o Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and
providing information to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
o Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and
alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
o Fulfill requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions;
forwarding requests.
o Coordinate and schedule delivery drivers
o Maintain database by accurately entering customer information.
o Accurately detail the responsibilities of the position.REQUIREMENTSWe are seeking an inbound/outbound customer service professional possessing:
o 6 months - 1 year customer service experience
o Focus on exemplary customer service
o Accurate data entry; minimum key stroke speed of 6000 keystrokes
o Bilingual Spanish/English skills - fluent
o Strong listening skills
o Ability to communicate clearly over the phone
o Ability to problem solve and create solutions
